binding and being a {beach} bum ;)

After weeks away from the house of {no} hats, I'm *this* close to being able to share a finish (let alone something!)

Why the sparse summer sewing?  While my creative wishlist has certainly jumped a few notches on my priority list (good riddance, bar study!), so has the enjoy-it-while-you-can side of life...

For the next couple weeks, I'll be doing just that ;)  (Well, that, and catching up with my four-digit blog reader feed... eep!)

So how do you strike a balance?

linking up with WIP Wednesday :)

  11. That Reader feed? Do yourself a favor and hit "mark all as read," and move on, trust me. Soak up the last warm sunny days. Winter will be here too soon! (A Dresden quilt on the beach?! It looks like beach umbrellas. I love it!)

  13. Yay, you're back! Skip the blogs and just go back whenever you need to. I try to read blogs in the morning when I'm eating breakfast, and I sew and blog myself at night. That's just how it works best for me. I hope you are enjoying yourself!!

  22. Oh my! I thought 150 blog posts were overwhelming LOL. Sometimes you just gotta mark all as read and start over :) Enjoy the summer days. My sewing is few and far between this summer as well. There will be plenty of cold winter days to fill at the machine :)
